Do you Have Delivery?

Yes, we make use of professional delivery partners that have extensive experience with delivering delicacies such as cakes and provide exceptional service. The delivery charge will be included in your final invoice in accordance to your delivery address. 

To which areas can you deliver?

Delivery can be made to all parts of Gauteng, within a 150km radius to Betse Delicacies premises. 

Am I able to pick-up my order?

Yes, you are most welcome to come pick-up your order. We will also be looking forward to meeting you should you choose to pick-up your order instead.

What is the lead time for placing orders?

The following is our lead time guidelines and should you require an order in less time than is stated here, please contact us as we may still be able to take your order depending on our availability:
Custom cake orders: 4 working days
Orders that require custom cake toppers: 4 working days
Classic Cake orders: 3 working days
Cookie orders: 2 working days
All other delicacies: 3 working days

How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed on the website. You are also able to request a quotation for any custom orders by contacting us directly.
To confirm your order, at least 50% of the total price excluding delivery must be paid upfront.  The balance is payable 2 working days prior to delivery or can be paid upon collection (for pickup).

 Please note that a quotation does not constitute as an order. Only an invoice with 50% payment made will be confirmed as an order. 

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive all delivery details prior to delivery being made. Delivery times will be communicated and confirmed with you directly

Our Refund policy

As much as we strive to provide the best, should you be unsatisfied with your order, please follow these steps:
Return the products to our premises ASAP. The product should be at least 80% intact as no refunds will be issued for products already fully consumed. Refunds will be issued only for products that have a compromised quality or defects that are not accountable to weather conditions. Negligence in following the care instructions (for cakes - stated and attached to the packaging) will not result in refund. The value of the refund will be determined on a case by case basis and not all refunds will be made in cash. 

Keep in mind that interpretation of designs IS NOT a valid reason for a refund. We do not aim to replicate designs and should there be a need to substitute design elements of your custom order, we will communicate with you if it is of a significant deviation. Otherwise we have the right to make changes without notice as most may be made subject to availability of resources. In all cases, we aim to honour your custom order as best as possible but we are also subjected to other factors such as suppliers and seasonal availability of certain products.
